30 Day Price Guarantee

• Identical product. The product must have the same brand, model number, color, included accessories, warranty, and U.S. specification, and must be new and unopened.
• Qualifying seller. The lower price must be offered directly by XGIMI.com or by a qualifying authorized U.S. retailer listed below. For a marketplace, the item must be sold and shipped by the qualifying retailer itself, not by a third-party seller or drop shipper.

• Available now. The item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase, and deliverable to the ZIP code provided with the request.
• Publicly available price. The price must be available to the general public without a paid membership, account-specific offer, unique coupon code, financing arrangement, trade-in, loyalty points, or other special eligibility requirement.
• Comparable Price. We compare the publicly available item price after automatic, generally available discounts, plus mandatory standard shipping. Sales tax is excluded because it varies by location. Optional services, installation, expedited shipping, financing costs, and non-cash benefits are excluded.
• Timely and complete request. The lower price must be active when a complete request is submitted. A timestamped product-page link and screenshot must show the seller, product, price, stock status, and applicable shipping cost.

• Used, refurbished, renewed, open-box, damaged, pre-owned, rental, lease-to-own, discontinued, outlet, clearance, closeout, liquidation, or end-of-line products;
• Pre-orders, backorders, out-of-stock items, limited-quantity offers, rain checks, or prices not available for immediate purchase;
• Flash sales lasting less than 12 hours, doorbusters sales, deal-of-the-day offers, storewide or category-wide percentage or dollar-off promotions, pricing errors, or offers reasonably identified as unauthorized;
• Bundles, package pricing, gifts with purchase, free or bonus items, gift-card offers, cashback, rebates, trade-ins, coupon-code offers*, credit-card or payment-method discounts, special financing, or loyalty points;

*This exclusion does not apply to publicly available on-page coupons or instant discounts that require no promotional code, membership, or special eligibility and can be claimed by any customer directly on the retailer's website, such as an on-page coupon checkbox or click-to-claim offer.

• Paid-membership pricing, employee pricing, educational or government pricing, negotiated quotes, B2B or volume pricing, reseller pricing, or offers not available to the general public;
• Third-party marketplace sellers, drop shippers, unauthorized distributors, affiliate-only offers, overseas models, parallel imports, or gray-market products; and
• Services, installation, customizable configurations, shipping methods other than mandatory standard shipping, and taxes or government charges.

• Submit the XGIMI.com product link, qualifying lower-price link, timestamped screenshot, and shipping ZIP code through Live Chat or service-usa@xgimi.com before placing the order.
• We will generally review a complete request within 1–3 business days. Eligibility is determined under this Policy using reasonably available verification. If we deny a request, we will identify the applicable reason.
• If approved, we will provide a price adjustment or single-use code. Complete the purchase within 48 hours after approval. The approval expires after 48 hours.
• A Price Match cannot be combined with another coupon, discount, rebate, promotion, or prior adjustment. If more than one offer could apply, the customer may use the single offer producing the lowest eligible checkout price.

• The order must have been placed directly on XGIMI.com and shipped to an eligible U.S. address.
• Submit a complete claim no later than 30 calendar days after the order date shown in the order confirmation. A price that was active when a complete claim was submitted remains eligible for review even if it changes during our review. For clarify, eligible lower price include a subsequent price reduction on XGIMI.com for the identical product, or a lower price from a qualifying authorized U.S. retailer.
• Provide the XGIMI.com order number, qualifying lower-price link, timestamped screenshot, and shipping ZIP code through Live Chat or service-usa@xgimi.com.
• If approved, we will refund the eligible difference, plus the applicable sales tax attributable to that price difference, to the original payment method. The sales tax portion will be calculated using the applicable tax rate from the original order and will be based only on the approved price difference, not the full sales tax originally charged. Any portion originally paid by gift card or store credit will be returned in the same form. We generally process an approved refund within 3 business days; posting time depends on the payment provider.
• The order must not have been canceled, fully refunded, charged back, or determined to involve fraud, resale, or policy abuse. Any prior partial refund or promotional adjustment will be included when calculating the eligible difference.

• Unless applicable law requires otherwise, each customer may receive one Price Match or Price Guarantee adjustment per order and SKU, limited to one unit. Requests from related accounts, addresses, payment methods, or transactions may be treated together to enforce this limit. XGIMI may request reasonable additional information, reject altered or unverifiable evidence, correct clerical errors, and deny requests that do not satisfy this Policy. These controls will be applied consistently and do not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

• Effective date: September 20, 2026. XGIMI may update this Policy prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. A change will not reduce eligibility for a qualifying purchase already made or a complete request already submitted before the change takes effect. If applicable law provides rights that cannot be limited by this Policy, those rights control.
