XGIMI AURA 3 Max & Pro Launch on Kickstarter: Prices, Bundles, and FAQs

The XGIMI AURA 3 Series is now live on Kickstarter, bringing a new generation of ultra-short-throw laser TVs into the living room. Launched on October 20, 2026, the AURA 3 Max and AURA 3 Pro build on XGIMI’s Living Room Cinema concept, combining cinema-scale entertainment with a space-saving home setup.

First showcased at IFA 2026, the AURA 3 Series uses a 0.163:1 ultra-short-throw ratio to project a 120-inch image from approximately eight inches away, with screen sizes reaching up to 200 inches. Users can create a large-screen viewing experience without ceiling-mounting the projector or dedicating an entire room to home theater equipment.

4K UST Projectors Engineered for Cinematic Picture Quality and Gaming

The AURA 3 Series combines advanced light control and RGB triple-laser technology to deliver premium large-screen entertainment. Its Dual Dynamic Iris system enables native contrast of up to 8,000:1 for deeper blacks and more nuanced shadow detail, while brightness reaches up to 5,700 ISO lumens.

Key features of the flagship AURA 3 Max include:

• Up to 5,700 ISO Lumens for bright, vivid images
• Up to 8,000:1 Native Contrast with Dual Dynamic Iris

• 80W Harman Kardon speakers with Dolby Atmos
• 4K at 120Hz, with VRR, ALLM, and AMD FreeSync Premium for smoother, more responsive gameplay. The high refresh rate also helps reduce the perceived rainbow effect (RBE), contributing to a more comfortable viewing experience.
