Yes, you can. A $50 deposit is required for each unit.

Q3:How will my deposit be converted into my pledge?

After you complete your Kickstarter pledge using the same email address as your deposit, we’ll issue a partial refund after the campaign ends, including your deposit amount plus any additional VIP savings, within 10 business days.

Q4:Do I need to pay for customs duties and shipping fees ?

We offer free shipping, and import duties are included for the European Union(mainland only, excluding islands and overseas territories), the United Kingdom (mainland only, excluding islands and overseas territories), the United States(mainland only), Canada and Australia. For other regions, a shipping fee of $50, $100, $150, or $200 and customs will apply depending on your location. Your final shipping address will be the one you provide on Kickstarter, so please ensure it is accurate.

Q5:I am a resident of Europe. Will I be required to pay VAT?

Please kindly note that our product price does not include VAT. Any applicable VAT will be determined by your local customs regulations and is the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.​Unfortunately, we are not able to cover or reimburse these additional tax charges. Once you back us on Kickstarter, the deposit will be automatically refunded to your original payment method after the campaign concludes.

Q9:I'm in Europe, but I placed my order via a US link. Do I need to reorder using the European link?

No need, make sure you use the same email address so we can find you. Just make sure the shipping address you finalize on Kickstarter is a European address.

Q10:I have already paid the deposit. How do I select the model? How do I proceed if I want to change the model?

If you’ve placed a deposit for TITAN Noir Pro but later decide to unlock TITAN Noir Max, that’s absolutely fine.​When the Kickstarter campaign goes live, you can simply choose the TITAN Noir Max tier when placing your order. Your deposit will still remain valid, and the corresponding discount will be applied according to the deposit policy.

Eligibility

The Deposit & Save Event is available on the official US website (us.xgimi.com) during the campaign period.
Customers must place a $50 deposit and provide a valid email address to qualify for VIP launch pricing and associated benefits for the TITAN Noir Series projector on Kickstarter.

Campaign Period

The Deposit & Save Event runs from March 20, 2026 to April 23, 2026.

How the Deposit Works

Customers can secure access to VIP launch pricing by placing a $50 fully refundable deposit.
After the Kickstarter campaign goes live, eligible customers will receive a launch access link via email. Customers must use the same email address to back the TITAN Noir Series projector on Kickstarter.
After the Kickstarter campaign concludes, customers who successfully back the project using the same email address will receive a refund of the $50 deposit, along with applicable launch savings benefits, within 10 business days after the campaign officially concludes.

Refund Policy

The $50 deposit is risk-free and will be fully refunded after the Kickstarter campaign concludes, regardless of whether the customer completes a pledge.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is planned. Final shipping regions, fees, and delivery timelines will be confirmed on the official Kickstarter campaign page at launch.
If shipping to your region becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

If the deposit order is cancelled before the Kickstarter campaign concludes, the customer will not qualify for VIP launch pricing or related benefits.
Eligibility is tied to the original deposit transaction and registered email address.

Changes & Termination

XGIMI reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice.
