Login in the official website and scroll down to the bottom and find “Warranty Registration”.

Step 2. Login to Your Account

Enter with your email account and password, you will find below page. (And you can create account if not registered before)

Step 3. Fill in the Registration Form

Fill in the registration form as below, Serial Number (SN) is the 12-digit number on the bottom of the machine (For MoGo Pro+, Halo, and Halo+, you may need to open the bottom cover to find the SN.)
