（This event applies to older models in the MoGo series, Halo series, and Elfin series. The new devices available for the trade-in program are limited to the MoGo 4 series; other models are not participating in this Upgrade activity for now.）
Special Notes for Terms and Conditions
1. To complete the trade-in process, you must provide the serial number (SN) of your old device and the original purchase invoice or order. Manual review is required before the discount can be issued.
2. Once approved, XGIMI will no longer offer any after-sales service for the old device associated with the SN, including any paid services outside of warranty. This SN will be permanently deactivated.
3. There is no requirement to return the old device. Once your request is approved, you will receive a 20% off coupon code directly.
4. The trade-in discount cannot be combined with other offers. Please ensure to use your coupon within 30 days.
5. This program is designed to reward our loyal users, so it is limited to the first three months after the launch of the MoGo 4 series and to 500 trade-in slots. Once the slots are filled, the program will automatically end.
