Our Winter Holiday discount will officially start on November 28th and last until December 31st.

3. How do I use the discount code?
Copy the discount code from the product page, and then apply it at checkout.

4. Can I redeem multiple discount codes?
Yes. Discount codes can be combines for different products. When multiple discounts apply to the same line item, only the best discount will be applied. A maximum of 5 discount codes can be used on a single order.

5. What's your warranty policy?
Please read our After-Sales Service Policy. You can also contact us via email for more details on the warranty process at service-usa@xgimi.com. For projectors bought from authorized resellers, please contact the relevant sales channels for further information.

6. How do I check my order status?
XGIMI will send order confirmation to the given email address, please check your inbox or spam box for order status. (Note: please make sure the email address provided when placing the order is correct.)

7. Can I keep the 'free' gift when returning items that came with a separate gift at purchase?
No. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product. If the customer does not return the gift, XGIMI will deduct the gift value amount from the refund.
